Can I ask about a small order?
Yes. Share your expected quantity, even if you only need a few pieces. Availability and minimum order quantities depend on the supplier, and shipping costs may affect whether a small order makes sense.
What if I only have a photo?
That’s a useful starting point. You can share a public image link in your request or email the photo to support@homeswave.com. Include any details you know, such as size, material, or intended use.
How much does the service cost?
The initial assessment is free. If I can help, I’ll explain the proposed service and fee before you commit. Product costs, samples, shipping, and any applicable import charges are separate from the service fee.
Can you find the exact product I send?
I can look for a match or suggest similar options, but an exact match isn’t always available. Any differences will need to be reviewed before purchase.
Can you help with samples and shipping?
We can discuss sample coordination and available shipping options for your project. Availability, costs, and timing depend on the product, supplier, and destination.
Does submitting a request place an order?
No. It starts a conversation. Any sourcing service or purchase will be agreed separately. Product specifications and any required testing or inspection should also be confirmed before an order is placed.
